Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager at Kaliber, you are the bridge between our clients and the work. You own the relationship, drive the strategy, and make sure everything we deliver is held to the highest standard. You are not a coordinator — you are a trusted partner to our clients and a leader within our team.

You will manage a portfolio of performance marketing accounts across paid media, creative, and landing page optimisation, ensuring clients see measurable growth and feel genuinely supported at every step.

You bring both the commercial instinct to grow accounts and the operational rigour to run them well.

What you'll own

Client Relationship Management (40%)

• Own the day-to-day and strategic relationship for a portfolio of client accounts — primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Lead regular client meetings, QBRs, and performance reviews with clarity, confidence, and genuine insight into what's driving results.
• Proactively identify risks, flag issues before they escalate, and bring solutions — not just problems.
• Build deep understanding of each client's business, industry, and competitive landscape — show up as a strategic partner, not a vendor.
• Manage client expectations with honesty and professionalism — balance ambition with what's realistically achievable.

Account Growth & Strategy (35%)

• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely serve the client's growth goals.
• Collaborate with internal specialists — media buyers, creatives, strategists — to develop and present strategic recommendations.
• Translate performance data into clear narratives and actionable next steps for clients at varying levels of marketing sophistication.
• Contribute to renewal conversations and contract expansions by consistently demonstrating value and ROI.

Delivery & Operations (25%)

• Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time, on brief, and to Kaliber's quality standards.
• Brief internal teams clearly and thoroughly — set them up for great work from the start.
• Maintain accurate account documentation, status trackers, and reporting using project management tools.
• Hold internal teams accountable to timelines and quality without creating friction.
• Provide regular performance reports that go beyond the numbers — tell a coherent story about progress toward client goals.
