About the role

We are looking for a Business Development professional with agency experience and a strong track record in client acquisition and relationship management.

This role owns the full business development cycle — from identifying and pursuing SME clients, to leading pitches, closing new business, and managing accounts over time. It sits at the intersection of new business and client success: the ability to open doors and the discipline to keep them open.

The right candidate brings a high standard of work, a clear understanding of the digital marketing landscape, and the confidence to represent a strong offering in a competitive market.

Who you are

Must-haves

Must be Singapore Citizen or PR
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience within a digital marketing agency or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and managing client relationships in a B2B setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell and articulate a differentiated agency offering — with the confidence to position it above the competition.
  • Experience applying for and managing Singapore government grants (SkillsFuture, EDG, MRA, or similar) — understanding of eligibility criteria and application processes is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Project Management software (ClickUp preferred).
  • Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills; exceptional presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
