We're looking for a Performance Marketing Director to lead and evolve our performance marketing department. With over 8 years of experience in performance marketing, you will set the strategic direction, drive client success, and develop a high-performing team. You'll oversee performance marketing initiatives, keeping them aligned with business objectives while constantly refining strategies to maximise impact.
The role is both strategic and hands-on — guiding the team, working closely with clients, and collaborating across departments to push the boundaries of what's possible in digital marketing. You bring a deep understanding of the user journey, balancing acquisition, retention, and brand growth while using data-driven insights to drive sustainable performance.
You'll be measured on three things: client satisfaction, revenue, and team productivity.
